A HOUSE TO RENT

The house can be rented either from Sunday 3pm until Friday 11am,
or
from Friday 3pm until Sunday 11am,
or
from Sunday 3pm until Sunday 11am. 
The daily rent is 1,000 Danish kroner plus electricity throughout the year (summer and winter and also public holidays).

20% deposit to be paid in advance and the balance one week before arrival.  Deposit non-refundable if guests do not arrive.

The accommodation has 7 beds as follows;
Downstairs 2 single beds in one room,
Upstairs 2 single beds in one room with space for a baby-cot
1 double sofa-bed in one room
and an alcove bed with curtain on the top floor landing. 

There are 2 bathrooms.

The living-room is spacious and well-lit with extensive views over the sea and surrounding area.  It has sufficient tables and chairs to seat 18 persons for special occasions.
The kitchen contains an induction hob, a fan oven, a microwave and a dish-washer plus sufficient crockery and cutlery for up to 18 persons. 

Outside there is a sheltered courtyard with 2 teak tables and 8 chairs, a simple outdoor kitchen with a large grill under a roof.

Also included is a telephone, TV and DVD player (shown over a projector) and a radio.
Internet connection is available in every room via a wireless router. 
Heating is by an air-to-water system.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Fyrpasserhuset and the lighthouse at Sletterhage were built in 1894 with accommodation provided for the lighthouse keeper and family.
The ground-floor area is 80m² with another 40 m² upstairs.
The house is situated only 30m from the pebble beach.  The area is good for fishing but the waters are too dangerous for bathing.  The surrounding picturesque area is ideal for walking.
Mols Bjerge is a National Park close to Sletterhage. It was built under the last ice age and looks dramatic.

Other attractions locally include Ebeltoft which is a charming town with many old houses, situated 25km away.  The nearest supermarket is located in Helgenæs, 6km away, where most things can be obtained.

Pets can also be kept in the house.

 The opportunity to rent the house only for the weekend makes it ideal for a celebration with places for 18 visitors and space for 7 people to sleep.
